Sizing Tip
150cm - 180cm bags are most suitable for adults that are kicking and punching the bag
100cm - 120cm bags are recommended for adults that are using the bag for punches primarily, but can also be used for people under 6 foot in height kickboxing.
80cm - 100cm bags are best for children.
70cm and under is best for juniors up to 8 years old.
